AP DSC Notification 2023: The schedule for the District Selection Committee (DSC) notification to fill teacher positions in government schools in Andhra Pradesh will be released by the Andhra Pradesh state government.

Those between the ages of 18 and 44 are eligible to apply for the position. In addition, the state’s Selection Committee will conduct recruitment for Principals, Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs), Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs), Physical Education Teachers (PETs), Craft, Art, and Music Teachers, and APBC Welfare Residential Schools.
School Assistants, Language Pandits, Secondary Grade Teachers, Physical Education Teachers, Music, Craft, Art & Drawing, and other positions in Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad, Municipal, and Tribal Welfare Schools in the State can be filled through the District Selection Committee through online applications from qualified candidates. Education Qualifications:

AP DSC Notification 2023 Selection Process:
AP DSC Notification 2023 Selection Process: Recruitment will be done through a selection process consisting of written test and other criteria as prescribed by the government from time to time.
Written Test (CBT):- Computer based test is conducted in all districts. A candidate will have to attend computer based test in the districts of his/her recruitment (or) adjoining states of neighboring states.
- Total marks for School Assistants (SAS) is 100, out of which 80 marks will be written test (TRT) and remaining 20 marks will be APTET (20%) weightage.
- Music teachers should have total 100 marks out of which 70 marks will be written test (TRT) and remaining 30 marks will be skill test.
- Total Marks for Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTS) written test (TET cum TRT) should be 100.
As per the current rules adopted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh the recruitment is purely based on merit cum roster system.
